The SymptoPro Course
Small Group Course
You will attend live virtual group learning sessions and individual private follow ups. (Class has a cap of 4 participants). All upcoming classes will be listed below. This package includes: -All of the same offerings of the 1:1 instruction but in a small group setting at a discounted rate. (see SymptoPro 1:1 Course for more info) -Three 2 hour live group virtual sessions. Spouses/partners are encouraged to attend. -You must commit to attending all three live sessions as they will not be recorded. Individual consultation following each learning session -Individual consultations for six cycles.
Private Course
This comprehensive option provides you with the skills needed to begin using Fertility Awareness by learning the SymptoPro method in a private, 1:! capacity, and feel confident charting on your own at the end of our time together. ​​​

This package includes: -Three 2 hour 1:1 live virtual sessions over a minimum of 6 weeks, in which you will learn anatomy and physiology of your reproductive body + the basics of the Symptopro Method. Spouses/partners are encouraged to atttend. -Health intake: At our first meeting we will discuss your intentions, goals and any reproductive health concerns you may have. -Follow ups for the first six cycles: We will take time to go over your first six charts together so you can gain confidence with this new skill. This is also when we will go over your specific reproductive health concerns and utilize your chart as a diagnostic tool for overall health. -Lifetime email support -Chart reviews: Brief check-ins available each cycle to ask quick questions or to review your chart. -In-depth follow-up: Occasionally a more thorough consultation is required after the initial six cycles. Additional follow-ups may be scheduled in 30min blocks for a modest fee. -Refresher course: Life happens! Need to review the basics? Moving into a new phase of reproductive life (achieving pregnancy, postpartum, pre-menopausal)? Contact me to discuss options! -Free 3 Month Subscription to Read Your Body Charting App ​ You will receive a client packet client in the mail with all of the material needed for the course ($45 value). Post Program
Post-Class Support: Receive private, personalized follow-up for 4-6 cycles to answer any questions, review your charts, and help you apply the sympto-thermal method effectively based on your family planning goals.
Lifetime Support (Chart Reviews): Receive personalized feedback on your charting practices and rule application via email. Simply send your chart along with any questions or comments, and I’ll provide a thorough review. If needed, a follow-up meeting can be scheduled for a 30-minute discussion to address any charting concerns or questions in more detail.
Additional Courses
Introduction to Fertility Awareness
Learn the basics of fertility awareness/natural family planning; how it works and why it works and why many people may choose to use it, and general reproductive knowledge.. For Catholics, an optional discussion around discernment and what the Catholic Church teaches about NFP can be included if interested. ​

Cost: $30 ​
This 1:1 hour long course will not teach specific method rules but instead give a general overview. This course will give you the information to make a decision about whether or not you'd like to take a full course later on. Both partners are required to attend if this session is for marriage preparation. A certificate will be issued upon completion.
Temping for Success: Mastering Basal Body Temperature [1-hour Masterclass]
COMING SOON! In this 1-hour masterclass, you'll learn how to track your Basal Body Temperature (BBT) to gain deeper insights into your fertility and overall health. We'll cover everything from the basics, to how to accurately measure and interpret your temperature, and how BBT can help you understand your cycle better—whether you're trying to conceive or avoid pregnancy.
